Our Clinical Pet Services
At GoVets, Clinical Services for dogs offer specialized veterinary care, including diagnostics, treatment, and preventive solutions, ensuring the health and well-being of your furry companion with expert attention and compassion.
Microchipping is a simple and painless procedure that involves inserting a tiny microchip— about the size of a grain of rice—under your pet’s skin. This chip contains a unique identification number linked to your contact details in a secure national database.
Palliative care focuses on managing pain and improving comfort rather than curing illness. It’s about ensuring your pet’s final days, weeks, or months are as peaceful and enjoyable as possible.
At GoVets Manchester, we’re committed to keeping your pets happy, healthy, and protected. Vaccinations are one of the most important steps you can take to safeguard your cat or dog from serious, potentially life-threatening diseases.
Travelling with your dog or cat? Whether you’re elocating, going on holiday, or bringing a new pet home, GoVets Manchester is here to make the process simple and stress-free. From vaccinations and microchipping to Fit to Fly health certificates, we’ll ensure your pet meets all legal requirements and is safe, healthy, and ready to travel.
We offer advanced imaging services to provide fast, accurate, and noninvasive diagnostics for your pet. Our state-of-the-art imaging technology enables us to assess internal health conditions, monitor pregnancies, detect injuries, and diagnose diseases with exceptional clarity and efficiency.
We are committed to providing the best veterinary care for your exotic pets. Whether you have reptiles, birds, small mammals, or other exotic animals, our team has the knowledge and experience to offer them the highest level of care.
We offer hip and elbow scoring to assess the health of your dog’s joints, providing crucial insights for breeders, owners, and working dog handlers.
At GoVets, we are committed to promoting the health and happiness of your pets. Two of the most essential procedures we perform are neutering and spaying.
At GoVets, we are dedicated to ensuring that every pet enjoys a happy, healthy life. That’s why we specialise in diagnosing and managing Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS), a condition that commonly affects flat-faced (brachycephalic) dog breeds.
Cherry eye is a condition where the nictitating membrane—commonly called the third eyelid— prolapses, causing the tear gland within it to slip out of place.
Our expert dental services include cleanings, exams, and treatments tailored to prevent and address dental issues in cats and dogs.
Small mammals have very specific needs – both medically and in their daily care. We take the time to understand your pet’s lifestyle, diet, and environment to give them the healthiest life possible.
Birds are incredibly sensitive creatures that require a calm, experienced approach. Our team is trained to handle avian patients with the gentle care they deserve.
