Our Opening Hours
Designed to accommodate the busy lifestyles of our clients, we understand that it’s important to offer flexible appointment times throughout the week. Walk-ins are available for general enquiries or billing-related questions; however, we recommend making an appointment for veterinary services, including consultations, to ensure your pet receives the most attentive care possible.

Monday – Saturday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Please Note: Public holidays may affect these days and times. We recommend calling the practice on 0161 202 1518 to confirm hours if you’re planning to visit without an appointment. Our practice is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and other major bank holidays.

By Bus 🚌
Several bus routes serve the Miles Platting area. The closest bus stops are on Oldham Road and Ashton Old Road, both within walking distance of our practice. Popular routes include the 81, 82, and 180.
By Tram 🚎
The nearest Metrolink stop is Velopark, approximately a 10-minute walk from our practice. The tram provides excellent connections from across Manchester and is a convenient option for many clients.
By Car 🚗
We have on-site parking available for clients visiting by car. Our location is easily accessible from the M60 motorway and major roads including the A62 and A635. Simply follow your sat nav to M40 8EL.

Our practice is located just a short distance from Manchester city centre. From the centre, head northeast on Great Ancoats Street/A665 towards New Islington. Continue onto Oldham Road/A62, then turn onto Alan Turing Way. Follow signs for Miles Platting, and turn onto Bradford Road before reaching Varley Street and James Street. GoVets Manchester is conveniently located and easy to find with ample parking available.
