Appointment Deposit Policy
To secure your pet’s appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your pet’s appointment or treatment if you attend as scheduled.
- If you cancel, fail to attend, or arrive too late for the appointment to proceed, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If the practice needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment or refunded at the practice’s discretion.
- By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
